chickeny cheesy pasta thingy..
I’ve been working on this dish for 2 days, and I think I got it. it’s sized for one person, but I’m a big eater.
Ingredients: One chicken breast 2 slices of bacon Pasta for one (your favorite type) 4 oz of cream ½ cup parmesan ½ cut Romano cheese Pinch of red pepper flakes White wine Flour Salt, pepper 1-2 table spoon basil 2 table spoons butter 2 table spoons olive oil 1 table spoon garlic powder Start water boiling and Chop the bacon and chicken into small chunks less then 1 inch cubed. Coat them in flour, salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes until fully coated. Fry on high in butter and oil until nearly cooked. Add wine and let it cook off, reduce heat to low and add cream. Time it so the noodles are done about this time, drain and place back in an empty pot. Add the chicken and sauce to the pot add the cheeses and stir until cheese is incorporated, serve. Reduce or increase the red pepper flakes depending on how spicy you want it.

What kind of pasta did you use while perfecting this recipe?
It would seem to be a delectable dinner, for sure.

penne sounds good, also rotini.
I'm a red sauce guy, but this sounds pretty good.

that was delicious, I used bowtie as it is my favorite.
The only thing I changed were a few additions to the sauce: little bit of finely diced artichoke heart, 1 garlic clove, and some onion, all sauteed before addition so they were nice and cooked through. also was adapting to serve 4, worked fine.
