that was delicious, I used bowtie as it is my favorite.
The only thing I changed were a few additions to the sauce: little bit of finely diced artichoke heart, 1 garlic clove, and some onion, all sauteed before addition so they were nice and cooked through.
also was adapting to serve 4, worked fine.
