Good Lord!! I was weak and looked at the first few... but didn't lookall the way.
I am sooo stoked for this film, yet bummed that I won't be lining up at the Chinese for this one, like I did for the last 2.

I'll admit, I looked. The style of the movie looks the same, which is good or bad, depending on if you liked the first two. I personally don't like the look of the first two, and I'm sure I won't like it in this one either. Story wise, this is right up my alley. Save for a couple points where I can already tell it's going to sag, I think it's going to be an engaging story.
These are just my opinions on the screens, though. I could be way off, and the movie will be much different then the screens make it look. But I seriously hope not, because this looks to be a good one. Almost worthy of having the Star Wars name. Almost...

The only confusing bit for me was the whole lava thing.
Does Anakin fall into lava? Is that what caused the scabby shit on the last few pics? I was always under the impression that it was the fact that he used the dark side of the force that forced him to the big black suit. I thought that was the catch to using the dark side. Immense power quickly attained, but hell on flesh and bones. Unlike the light side where there are no adverse effects, but was much more difficult to master. That was nice. That was poetic. That was a damn good idea. Certainly not in the realm of Anakin falls into a lava pit and has to be 're-built' a la the Six Million Dollar Man route, but who am I to argue with George? I hope at the end of the movie whenever Darth Vader moves real fast we get that 'cha na na nan na' sound effect Lee Majors got.

Yeah. I just posted that this morning.
Just because I write a different and not blatently obvious title, doesn't mean you shouldn't read it. Jeez.

Spoiler: Gotta love the pic that goes along with "Nute Gunray is about to die." He looks like he just said, "Oh.....FUUCK!"

I'd have to find my copy to be absolutely sure, but I believe I've got that right. I'm also under the impression that nothing, nothing "Star Wars" gets released with out Big George's seal of approval, so it stands to reason, in my mind at least, that there's at least a divergence in the storyline that needs to be accounted for. I am not a geek.

Dunno, all I know is I remember hearing it way back when I was in gradeschool. Where it came from, I have no idea.
On a separate note, I have an album of an orchestral suite inspired by Shadows of the Empire (not composed by John Williams, but it does open with John Williams' Star Wars Theme). It's pretty good; you may want to check it out.

Regarding Anakin and Lava:
Spoiler: According to promo materials and the Unleashed Action figures (both of which have had premature leaks) it appears as if the Lava engulfs Anakin or that Obi-Wan uses the force to propel it onto young Skywalker. Doesn't sound very Jedi-like but the scene does take place after Anakin leads the raid on the Jedi Temple slaughtering every single Jedi there (including younglings) and then proceding to wipe out the Seperatist leaders on Mustafar.
