Caption The 87th Amendment to the Constitution
Hail Citizens!
It has been so long I almost forgot how to start a thread. I am trying to blow the dust of my doodles and build up my atrophying art muscles. Here's what most recently crawled out of my art orifice to see the light of day. Amendment LXXXVII: The right of the people to be secure in their choice of spicy chicken sandwiches at establishments that serve only cow sandwiches. Ratified 4/8/2103 during biannual senatorial robotic puppet show. Caption it, if you dare! After the fact, I think of this quote from our 16th president... "I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. . . . corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed." -Abraham Lincoln, Nov. 21, 1864 Ouch. Now I know YOU can be funnier. GO GO GO! -GH |

Bunned one, as you can see below I have appropriated Mr. Lincoln's quotation for my signature. I attempted to inform him directly but officials required that I buy a large Coke combo, a lifetime Smithsonian/Showtime membership, and promise to only use Windows before they would allow me to approach his ship/monument. I hope you two are still in touch.

Amendment LXXXVII: Repeal amendment LXXXV, which extended marital rights to puppets. Repeal LXXIIX, which legalized wookie slavery. All wookie slaves are to be immediately freed and paid reparations in the form of a $25 gift certificate to KFC. Also, TFP'er Giant Hamburger is named lifetime presidential probulator, a position first introduced during President G.W.Bush's fifth presidential term.

Actually, the FULL quote is:
"I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. . . . corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed. Psyche! Just kidding."
