Help.
I am a little worried here, I missed my period 2 months now and I am not sure why. It's happened to me once before but on the 3rd month I got it within the first week of the month. This time I thought it would kind of be the same thing but so far nothing. For those 2 months I didn't stress over it because I figured it would make things worse. I am a little scared to take a pregnancy test because I feel it will be negative just like last time. Can anyone help me?

Confused..... Take the test. Regardless of the result, schedule a visit to your OB-GYN.
If your cycles are off and that is not a normal thing for you, get yourself to the experts who can help identify possibly why. Are you on birth control, or recently come of it? Have you had any major life changes, changes to your diet, excercise levels?

Either do the test, of if you have like family planning clinics or well woman clinics, they will do the test for you, and it would probably be a good idea for you to know why your periods are irregular. I had a friend didnt have them for a couple of years, but that was because she was skeletal. Is there a chance you could be pregnant? Are you trying to get pregnant?

Secondary Amenorrhea is what it's called when a woman who has already started menstruating experiences 3 or more consecutive missed periods. Look it up so you feel informed (and not scared) when you speak with your ob/gyn about it.
A few things come to mind that could cause it, other than menopause and pregnancy: - extreme exercise regime - sudden change in weight (gain or loss) - depression - stress - change in birth control - STDs - retrograde menstruation (flows into tubes, not expelled from body) - hormone imbalance due to underlying gynecological condition such as endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, or poly-cystic ovarian syndrome In any case, it is a warning sign that you should address with a medical professional. The first thing they are likely to do is give you a pregnancy test to rule out the easiest answer.

Taking new meds, such as allergy medications can affect your period also. In fact, some allergy meds will discount the effectiveness of birth control pills.
Let us know that you're ok, okay?

At this early stage women don't usually notice much difference in their body.

What she said... early pregnancy stages is much more about rapidly increasing hormonal levels and all the fun that brings, than actual uterus growth.

I also have very irregular menstrual periods and have been told by doctors that as long as you have at least 3 periods a year, your body is generally ok. You don't need to have a period every month. It's definitely worth visiting the doctor to get more information and find out what's going on, though. Aside from the things _genuinegirly_ mentioned, you might also ask your doctor to test you for PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian syndrome). PCOS can cause very irregular or almost non-existent periods. The doctor will usually order a blood test to check for symptoms.

This could be so many things. I have started missing mine every couple months. I'm only 37 but my Dr said (since this is a family inherited trait from mom and grandma too as well as I've had hot flashes) that I'm peri-menopausal. Not a big problem as long as it's not causing me much discomfort. I also missed my period for a whole summer once because I had a sinus infection and was working a lot and stressed. Your body is a sensitive unit and when one thing is stressed it can sometimes show.
As for the dizzy spells. If you are stressed, not eating or sleeping well, or something else has got you down it is certainly a good idea to see the doc. I hope he can help.
