I've done em all, loved the highs, hated the lows...the lows started happenig too much, so now I just drink beer....I cant even drink caffeine any more, it messes up my vision and makes me feel light headed....so just beer, and some tobacco too.

I've done a variety, but don't do anything currently.
First came alcohol and grass in High School. At one point I was drinking socially and smoking almost every day. I tried mushrooms and enjoyed them. If I'd had easier access I would have done more of them. I had a friend who was dealing coke for a while. Since I could get it cheap from him I did it a bit. When we parted ways I dropped that expensive habit. I haven't done many pills. Although I did have surgery one time and the doc prescribed dilaudid. Wow that stuff was wild. It removed all pain and I remember laying in bed on my side with drool coming out of my mouth and running down my cheek and thinking this was as good as it gets. Of course at that point I had been in so much pain I am sure it skewed my thinking. After that experience I can see how some people get addicted to morpheme or other depressant drugs. Personally, I think experimenting with drugs is alright if the person is certain they have the will power to stop doing them or the strength to get help if they can't stop themselves. Experimenting with drugs made me realize they are a dead end.

I'm tempted to say yes, because I drink caffeine almost every day as it seems to increase my desire to get shit done. Like they say in the movie "28 Days", caffeine is a mood altering drug. A very culturally acceptable, mood altering drug.

I smoke on a daily basis, it is relaxing to go home and sit down smoke a bowl and watch t.v. Occasionaly I do hard drugs, I have done meth, cocaine, extasy, acid, shroom, liquid acid, chocolate covered shroom, and this past weekend I tried mescaline for the first time. It was pretty cool, seen some cool visuals. But I think it lasts too long. I felt like the guys off of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I have never shot up and never plan on it. I don't do hard drugs all the time but if it is around sure I will do it as long as i can spare the money.

I actually feel that alcohol is a drug as well, i don't drink hardly ever, there are occasions when i am with certain friends and drink but there also has to be a designated driver in order for me to drink. If everyone is drinking I won't, I won't ride w/ a drunk person and I will not drive drunk. I would much rather get really baked, I feel that there are more accidents from drunk drivers than from someone smoking pot.

I smoke cigars occasionally, and definitely do the caffeine thing a lot! I'll drink socially, but never to get drunk--I hate the feeling of being drunk, because I know I'm not quite in control anymore. Besides, throwing up is one of the most unpleasant things I can think of. Other than that, I can have fun without drugs, and I would rather remember the fun times and avoid the side effects/addiction problems.

Seems like a flawed poll to me as a lot of people say they don't do drugs, but they do enjoy alcohol and coffee. Didn't they offer drug awarness classes in your schools?
Oh well, maybe one day people will realize that alcohol is a drug, but I suspect not.

I've never done drugs - too much of a control freak, I guess, as I don't even like the feeling of being buzzed from alcohol - and I kind of regret it. Maybe not so much for the experience of doing the drug but because it would have been breaking free of the uptight, anxious pattern I seem to gravitate too if I'm not watching myself.
I'd still like to try ecstasy, though.
