You know, I agree that Dylan was a bit of squatter. He was an actor. The veritable 'Zelig' of 20th century music history. He's a freakin' weirdo, there's no doubt about it. Only thing is, and it's just a little teensy, tiny thing, you know...he also managed to write a hundred or so of the best and most enduring rock songs of the 20th century while he was squatting down there.

I challenge thee to find me a latter day scene-squatter who can compare. Fucking slackers. :p

Well, I suppose when it gets right down to it, we're all just pretending to be someone else...just some of us do it more tastefully than others, lol.

I think you don't see emo adults because as an adult, you have to work to support yourself (at least according to custom), and it's kind of hard to be taken seriously if you are emo.

I would suggest a well placed grenade right in the center of the organized group of emo kids. It'd be like a dream come true.
