hi ive been with sprint for some time now. but i am just now getting ready link capable phones..
mine hasnt come yet but my wifes is here and i have added the service. i havnt seen it used so im not really sure how to. do any of you have ready link and if you do would you walk wlak me thru it. i hate sprints customer servic and dont wanna talk to them unlessi have to. i can see a new logo on the screen so i guess its simmaler to vision. as in it works in some places and not others.. anyway any info from anyone would be great. thanks ryan

umm.. i've never used the service, but i'll venture a guess that you simply add users to your readylink list, then select them and connect with them.
the wife and i both have readylink-capable phones, but we also have free pcs to pcs calling, so there's really no pratcical reason for us to purchase the service. unless you know lots of people who use readylink and can justify the cost, i'd suggest cancelling the service. the only practical reason to get it is if they were to somehow enable readylink users to contact nextel ptt users and vice versa... if that was the case, i'd pick up the service in a heartbeat, simply because most of the guys i work with have nextels.

update the service is working.. i found a bb for sprint users... and sevral people there had posted thier numbers lol.. anyway i tried it out with them and it worked just fine..
i am on the 2 months free right now ill probally cancel it after that.. im in hopes of getting my company to switch over.. i dunna know have to see.. yeah it be good if readylink and nextell were compatable...
