Logitech MX 1000 and Firefox Issue
Hi all. My MX 1000's back button doesn't work in Firefox and it's pissing me off. I'm using Firefox 1.0 and newest Logitech drivers. Has anyone with the same setup been able to get their back button to work? XP Pro SP2 BTW. Thanks.

Wish I had an MX1000 to tell you if it works for me or not, but I don't I do have an MX500 though and that is working fine. I can't imagine that they work all that differently from each other.

Well, the MX 1000 uses different drivers than my old MX 700 used. They are called "SetPoint." I am pretty sure that your MX 500 use the same drivers as the MX 700. Thanks for the reply, though. Other than the Firefox problem, I love the MX 1000.

With every logitech mouse I've had, 3 ( MX310, MX510, and just a base model ) everytime I've installed drivers for my mouse, it has made some type of issue with IE/XP Explorer, basically everything.
I would suggest trying to do it without any drivers at all. |
