i just got my download to Rogo Pet Cam and it pretty cool. www.rogopetcam.com The thing that this does is let me view my webcam from my iPhone and an internet browser.

My question is, Does anyone know of a company that does the same thing without a monthly charge?

If you have any webspace of your own there are several options that can do this for no additional cost.

I set this up for my dogs a while ago. I hooked up a wireless webcam looking over their sleeping area. Then used windows media encoder to stream the video out through a port. Then I just opened the player on my phone and pointed it to my home IP address (had to open a port in the firewall for this) and viola. I could see my dogs at any time of the day. I got bored with it quick because they were just sleeping all the time though. Lazy pugs!
