I set this up for my dogs a while ago. I hooked up a wireless webcam looking over their sleeping area. Then used windows media encoder to stream the video out through a port. Then I just opened the player on my phone and pointed it to my home IP address (had to open a port in the firewall for this) and viola. I could see my dogs at any time of the day. I got bored with it quick because they were just sleeping all the time though. Lazy pugs!
