ATI Graphics Card Error Message - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I am running Windows XP.
Everytime I sign in to my XP desktop I get a ATI Graphics error message that says:

"You do not have permission to change CATALYST Control Center settings. Please contact your administrator for further help."

Mind you, I have not tried to "change CATALYST Control Center settings" or anything else for that matter. This message appears when I sign in to my desktop. And, I AM set up as an administrator.

I have lived with this problem forever and I'm now sick of it.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance...
