Watching A-Rod get caught trying to cheat just now was like a religious experience for me.

lol, and then A-Rod trying to play it off like he was just running was even more priceless. Then, to top it off Yankee fans show their brilliance by throwing baseballs on the field. Quite entertaining.

A little vocabulary test for all those lovely fans in the Bronx...can we say "forfeit", boys and girls? Because that's what happens when you throw too much crap on the field.

BTW, Joe Morgan needs to grow some eyeballs.

Rodriguez hit a slow roller down the first-base line. Arroyo and Mientkewitz went for it. Arroyo picked it up, saw no one covering first, and went to tag Rodriguez, who swung his arm up and smacked Arroyo's arm, knocking the ball out of the glove. Runner's interferance.

Man I'm glad I flipped over to the game...this is the first baseball I've watched in 3 months and flipping over just in time to see the circus break out was well worth it.

Gotta love the Yankees and their fans. Always good for some controversy. Throwing baseballs on the fields and A-fraud trying to cheat...wonderful lol!
Man I hope they lose to the Sox so badly I can't stand it.
Stros and Sox in the Series would be so sweet indeed.

That remark makes me very, very happy, even if it is a little mean.

I admit, when the Sox went down 0-3 I said they had no heart. Those words taste delicious.

Sorry, had to go vomit.

This is completely sickening. I am at a loss for words. Now who pitches for us tomorrow, Brown? Beautiful, just fucking beautiful. Hats off to Schilling, gutsy performance out there tonight. How these teams can both make 180's overnight is mind-boggling.

I'll have some ketchup for my words, please.

this series has become the best baseball has ever seen in it's history. We've been watching history being made. This series (no matter who wins) will be talked about for a long long time. It's going to be interesting to see what both teams do. Especially with the pitching dilemas on both sides. Schilling was brilliant, but you gotta give props to Bellhorn also. I have nothing else to say except for GO SOX!!

I don't know about the best in history--in my adult lifetime, we have the Astros/Phillies in 1980 NL Playoffs and the Twins/Braves World Series in 1991--but any top ten list without it is going to be lacking. I say that even before we know how it turns out tonight.

With Schilling and Leiber giving both bullpens a bit of a breather (and it didn't go extra innings), I foresee a long battle with a lot of pitching changes tonight. I question if Foulk can be expected to pitch his 6th inning in 4 days tonight, so Timlin looms large in the Sox pen. Rivera is fresh (for him), but the Sox showed that they CAN get to him.

I'm not a fan of either team and I'm pumped for it!

this is proactive punishment for what the yankees will no doubtedly do in the offseason, purchasing every best available free agent, including Carlos B.

Now if my Vols just could have pulled one off against Auburn...all would have been right with the world.
