Since I have started masturbating many years ago, I have always used my right hand and the old grab, slide, and choke method (I am uncircumsized). I think the main 'issue' with masturbation isn't being trained to only respond to your hand, but that because the main goal of masturbation is the orgasm, you tend to climax too quickly when you're in mutually pleasuring situation.

At least that's what I think I've experienced.

I would bet that the increase in the orgasms intensity and volume would be related to the longer time spent in the act. Any method of delaying the orgasm is likely to intensify it.
