I pretty much only do it when I'm trying to work a mouse at the same time..

I think the main 'issue' with masturbation isn't being trained to only respond to your hand, but that because the main goal of masturbation is the orgasm, you tend to climax too quickly when you're in mutually pleasuring situation.

At least that's what I think I've experienced.
