I have been faked on before, not the ego boosting type which I don't like but can understand the reasons for, but the "I don't want to be here and want him to get off me" kind. A woman can fake an orgasm if a guy doesn't have any experience. ie knowing the physical attributes that go along with most female orgasms - that can't be duplicated. :)

As Ustwo said the contractions would be hard to pull off. There is also the time spent with your partner. Sure I might miss it early on but once I get to know the girl it's pretty easy to spot the fake from the real, there are simply too many singnals involved. Half the time I know how well I'll do before remove the panties. Then there is the way you girls act afterwards.

Sometime us guys simply accept the faking. Controlling an unconcious vaginal response in the tune of many a second would be like using "mind power" to control your heart beat or change your skin temperature. Some people can actually control unconcious repsonses, but they're rare. However, the penis is not exactly a scientific instrument for measuring vaginal behavior. I think women can't truly really fake orgasm (as demonstrated by a brain-machine), but mens' penises CAN be insensitive enough to not notice the difference, even if you're the Almighty Genie of Penises.
