So what exactly is blue balls? Like Ive had people tell me its when you go forever without ejaculating, and ive had others say its when youre on the brim of it, and she stops...

Im thinking its the latter.

Blue balls happens when you have an erection for an extended period of time. Masturbation helps because you generally lose your erection after orgasm.

It happens because an erection actually puts strain on a pair of abodminal ligaments that connect to the base ofyour penis.

Yeah that deffinatley sounds like it... Its not exactly my balls but right next to my penis behind the pubic bone.. and since im wearing pants, and it generally gets pushed to one side of my pants that would explain why it only hurts on one side?

A good friend, that was older than me, said if you aren't where you can masterbate, try to pick up something very heavy. Perhaps lifting up under the front of a car for a minute, he said he used to try to pick up the bank building!

Blue balls is when the genitals are engorged with blood for too long of time. For the genitals to become engorged the veins constrict lowering the blood supply. After awile the lack oxygen causes pain.
