Next time you're peeing in the toilet, try to stop the flow of urine. That muscle action is a kegel excersize.

Getting into a kegel excersize routine is supposed to give you amazing control over your orgasms.

No, as in holding off your orgasm for 15-30sec.

I hold it in all the time during sex/oral, when you finally do orgasm it's explosive and feels 100x better IMO.

The exercises work pretty good, and you can pretty much do them anywhere, at anytime. Orgasms DO feel a lot better if you hold it off using the kegel method.

Oh and 15-30 delay in orgasm seems pretty useless.

No, but if you stop peeing you will be able to easily tell if you're using the right muscles. Once you have that down you can practice it anywhere. And I mean anywhere, in the office, car, standing in line, whatever. Nobody can tell what you're doing.

It's about having control. If you stop while at the edge it can keep you off for as long as you want.

What I use it for is to make the orgasm more explosive, as others have said it here, it's fucking great.

Oh, kutulu got it right. The way I've always done it is to stop peeing. You know instantly if you're doing the right muscle, and you can do it whenever you need to take a piss. Once you figure out which muscle it is try it out while having sex or masterbating, you'll figure it out.

If your primary time of flexings your "kegs" is during bathroom breaks your prolly gonna end up messing with your urinary system(possibly). It is quite easy to do it anywhere.
