Dogs would bark not pineapple! If you have a dog that eats poo, you put some nice pineapple chunks in their dinner. When it comes out the other end, they find the taste repugnant and will stop eating their poo. Asparagas changes the smell of most peoples wee. I have visions of you forcing him onto totaly different diets, sniffing like a perfumier, and saying 'no, the balance is not quite right yet - eat some more of this'.
