It is virtually impossible for my wife to orgasm during sex or otherwise without nipple stimulation. I am talking about pulling/sucking both of them HARD when she is nearing orgasm. This is not always an easy feat given that she usually needs me on top to O during sex and doesn't usually pull them herself. So how important is nipple stimulation to orgasm for you or your s.o.?

Try nipple clamps or other objects that could take over the job for you.

Thanks. I have thought about this. But I have to increase intensity from light to very hard as things go along. Seems like the clamps might be too intense right out of the gate and would interupt the progression toward O if I had to put them on later. I'd be curious to see how clamps have worked for others.

You could try putting them on and then tugging them for more intensity.

My wife very much enjoys nipple stimulation before (sometimes she can orgasm from NS alone) and during sex, but it's not a requiremnet for her to orgasm. She also has no qualms about pulling & pinching them herself, and/or telling me what she wants done.

We use the nipple clamps with the adjusting screws, they can be tightened (or loosened) fairly easily. It's also easy for me to use my hands or mouth to tug on the chain.

Here's something a little weird: As a guy, during certain times, having my left nipple played with can drive me nuts in a good way. Other times, just having it rub against a shirt can drive me nuts in a bad way. Right nipple just does its' job, which is to be there and not cause trouble.
