If you'd give us some more details it might be helpful, age, sexual history, general health, and so on. Trying to make a diagnosis based on the info you've given is going to be next to impossible.

Quote:
In men, as in women, there are a number of physical factors that may cause sexual discomfort. Pain is sometimes experienced in the testicular or glans area of the penis immediately after ejaculation. Infections of the prostate, bladder, or seminal vesicles can lead to intense burning or itching sensations following ejaculation. Men suffering from interstitial cystitis may experience intense pain at the moment of ejaculation. Gonorrheal infections are sometimes associated with burning or sharp penile pains during ejaculation. Urethritis or prostatitis can make genital stimulation painful or uncomfortable. Anatomic deformities of the penis, such as exist in Peyronie's disease, may also result in pain during coitus. One cause of painful intercourse is due to the painful retraction of a too-tight foreskin, occurring either during the first attempt at intercourse or subsequent to tightening or scarring following inflammation or local infection (Bancroft 1989). During vigorous intercourse or masturbation, small tears may occur in the frenum of the foreskin and can be very painful.

A rare form of male dyspareunia - postejaculatory pain syndrome - is characterized by persistent and recurring pain in the genital organs during ejaculation or immediately thereafter. The painful sensations are experienced as sharp, stabbing, and/or burning. Although the duration of pain is usually brief, it can persist and be quite intense. Although the immediate cause of psychogenic postejaculatory pain syndrome is the involuntary painful spasm or cramping of certain pain-sensitive muscles in the male genital and reproductive organs, the excruciatingly painful muscle cramps may be attributable to a man’s conflict about ejaculating. A pelvic floor disorder can also be the cause of pain during and after sex. Spasming, inflammed, overtoned or shortened pelvic muscles can result in the compression or sometimes the entrapment of the pudendal nerve. Guilt about sexual pleasure or about the paraphiliac nature of the erotic fantasies can lead to pain with orgasm. In other cases, men with liberal sexual attitudes might feel general resentment, or be angry at their current sexual partners for unconscious or conscious reasons.

Two things:

1) Your partner should make sure she has clean hands before giving you a handjob.
2) She/he should be using lube, as it sounds the burning sensation is likely caused by an irritated urethra, rather than a UTI.

A burning sensation when you urinate is abnormal, period. You should be talking to a doctor about this, because, well, a lot of other, more serious things can cause a burning sensation when you urinate, such as an STI. STIs in men can often be hard to diagnose as most men are asymptomatic, and occasional pain when urinating is a symptom for both chlamydia and gonorrhea. By the way, you don't need to have full-on sex to get an STI.

So yeah, I'd go see a doctor. Don't fool around when it comes to your junk, man.

You only have one penis.

Go to a doctor.

If you don't, your cock will fall off.

I have had something similar.. For many years Back and forth to the doctors.. Finally another urologist figured out I have a narrow urethra. After a forceful orgasm or in my case always being in a rush, I tend to force my urine out. This strains the two chambers of blood in the penis and can cause pain. I found that consciously no forcing my urine it happens allot less often. Although sometimes after the SO has been gone a while or does something especially good to get me going.. It happens after a massive ejaculation too.. I take 2 advil and its usually gone by morning, but it is a very uncomfortable feeling.

If there is ever something wrong with my penis, I'm going to the doctor before asking a bunch of strangers on the Internet what they think I should do.

This definitely is not a new Man law. If it is about your penis, you see the doctor. Or else it will fall off. - Daniel_

Just noticed this thread and remembered I've experienced the same problem at one time.

If you and your partner are using contraceptive jelly or foam, that might be the cause. With my last GF, immediately after ejaculating, I had to rush to pee before the foam worked its way up my urethra. if I wasn't quick enough, I'd be in pain for a few hours. When she was on the pill, I never had that problem.

Definitely see a doctor, to be sure. If it happens more than once in a great while, then I would be more concerned.

But, I have also had this experience. I also went to a doctor. Absolutely useless, he was. I was tested for every STD in the book. Clean. And let me tell you, the chlamydia test was the worst thing I have ever experienced in a doctor's office before. I almost punched him in the face while he did it.

I find it happens, if it happens, after a big orgasm and if I have been drinking that night. I want to say the alcohol in the urine burns the residual semen in the tube. Never thought I would type that sentence.

A trick I found to dealing with it is, when you experience it, stay upright. Either stand or sit until it goes away. Laying back down makes it more uncomfortable for me and seems to prolong the sensation. Go gravity!

Unfortunately, there is no quick fix I have found. Maybe it's like Tres said, a narrow urethra. If that is the case, then you just have to wait it out.
