Two things:
1) Your partner should make sure she has clean hands before giving you a handjob. 2) She/he should be using lube, as it sounds the burning sensation is likely caused by an irritated urethra, rather than a UTI. A burning sensation when you urinate is abnormal, period. You should be talking to a doctor about this, because, well, a lot of other, more serious things can cause a burning sensation when you urinate, such as an STI. STIs in men can often be hard to diagnose as most men are asymptomatic, and occasional pain when urinating is a symptom for both chlamydia and gonorrhea. By the way, you don't need to have full-on sex to get an STI. So yeah, I'd go see a doctor. Don't fool around when it comes to your junk, man.

You only have one penis.
Go to a doctor. If you don't, your cock will fall off.

I have had something similar.. For many years Back and forth to the doctors.. Finally another urologist figured out I have a narrow urethra. After a forceful orgasm or in my case always being in a rush, I tend to force my urine out. This strains the two chambers of blood in the penis and can cause pain. I found that consciously no forcing my urine it happens allot less often. Although sometimes after the SO has been gone a while or does something especially good to get me going.. It happens after a massive ejaculation too.. I take 2 advil and its usually gone by morning, but it is a very uncomfortable feeling.

Just noticed this thread and remembered I've experienced the same problem at one time.
If you and your partner are using contraceptive jelly or foam, that might be the cause. With my last GF, immediately after ejaculating, I had to rush to pee before the foam worked its way up my urethra. if I wasn't quick enough, I'd be in pain for a few hours. When she was on the pill, I never had that problem. |

Definitely see a doctor, to be sure. If it happens more than once in a great while, then I would be more concerned.
But, I have also had this experience. I also went to a doctor. Absolutely useless, he was. I was tested for every STD in the book. Clean. And let me tell you, the chlamydia test was the worst thing I have ever experienced in a doctor's office before. I almost punched him in the face while he did it. I find it happens, if it happens, after a big orgasm and if I have been drinking that night. I want to say the alcohol in the urine burns the residual semen in the tube. ![]() A trick I found to dealing with it is, when you experience it, stay upright. Either stand or sit until it goes away. Laying back down makes it more uncomfortable for me and seems to prolong the sensation. Go gravity! Unfortunately, there is no quick fix I have found. Maybe it's like Tres said, a narrow urethra. If that is the case, then you just have to wait it out. |
