Hillary to make peace on TV - Snubs FOX News.

She reportedly Snubbed FOX News.

Hillary to make peace on TV

WASHINGTON - Sen. Hillary Clinton and former Clinton White House aide George Stephanopoulos will bury the hatchet in public Sunday, when the New York Democrat appears for the first time on his struggling "This Week" program on ABC.
The former First Lady saw him as a betrayer after he recommended a special prosecutor handle the Whitewater scandal. And she was furious that he dished in his 1999 memoir, "All Too Human," how she berated the President over a bowl of cereal.

But Clinton's interview likely won't help Stephanopoulos' sagging ratings too much - she's also appearing on CBS and NBC Sunday morning.

She only does fluff interviews. In one way I'd love to see her run for president and finaly not be able to hide from the issues she doesn't wish to speak on.

Yay, gonna sit back and watch all the anti-clinton type comments. This'll be great...
I so love threads like this because it's all that ever comes up. anywhere else. Why not just make this all the anti-clinton things anyone wants to say, and instead of spouting the same crap, just link to this thread. It'd be more useful to the rest of us who get tired of reading the same thing over and over.

The guy is responsible for spending huge amounts of taxpayers dollars on figuring out the clintons were once ripped off on a real estate deal. Hillary clinton snubbed him? On FOX news? Go Hillary.

Start another thread just like it, substitute "Bush" for "Clinton" and we can wipe out 90% of the politics board in one fell swoop.

Discussion point: On many, many different fora I've encountered conservatives and neo-conservatives who have this towering contradiction in their front yard; the Clintons are evil genius' that's why they were never busted -or- stupid hicks who just keep getting lucky. Neither conforms to Occam's razor so what is your view L.D.?

I think she's probably the brains of the family but that might not be saying to much - they're both very well educated but lack any resemblance to anything approaching common sense. I don't know if one would consider what New Yorkers did (as to putting her in the Senate) as having any intelligence or not - to elect someone who isn't even a resident of your state to an office they are only using as a stepping stone to me is the total sum of a no- brainer.

Evil? Yeah- Genius? probably- Stupid hicks? No way! Lucky? Lucky as hell that they're both not in jail!!!

This is a very valid point. She is also snubbing CNN. She must hate them. What the F$ck? Is it just me, or is there absolutely nothing stated about Fox in the article?

This is rather amusing.

They're both Rhodes Scholars if I recall.

And they "lack any resemblance to anything approaching common sense"?

I submit that Bush is CONSIDERABLY less intelligent than Clinton. And I don't believe Bush has any more common sense. I also remember Clinton being lampooned for his "smoked but didn't inhale" comment. We don't seem to hear much about Bush's coke addiction or alcholism these days.

I'm tired of all this bickering. I liked Clinton. He went out of his way to try to forge peace in Northern Ireland and Palestine. Bush just goes out of his way to forge dissent with his former allies and start unjustifiable wars based on lies.

I have to agree.

Also since I have more paper then either Clinton does that make me smarter?

The Clinton's problem is they are both self serving egomaniacs. Bill is of the 'you gotta love me' type, and Hill is the 'You gotta do what I say' type. Both would sell out anyone or anything if it helps them.

A qualified non-answer. Would you care to give examples or specifics? As it stands you're also saying, in effect, that President Clinton and Senator Clinton are the lessor of evils when compared to Senator Dole, and former President Bush and the sacrificial G.O.P. lamb that ran against Senator Clinton.

It's amazing how many words some people can use and say absolutely nothing.

Ok, short & sweet: Examine the facts you've based your opinion on or rethink said opinion.

Being blunt as a well used cudgel is not always an asset.
