SIRA seems to be just what the above article calls it: "Big Copyright is looking for a way to double-dip into your wallet". I see no reason why any congress member wouldn't be voted out simply for considering this piece of tripe. People: vote for someone who doesn't continually bow to pressure from soulless corporations. |

Is stuff like this that makes me feel really happy for been south of the border. Been an intellectual property lawyer myself, everyday it gets harder and harder to protect the rights of the MPAA, RIAA and BSA and not feel like you're doing something wrong and that you're working for the wrong team. My only motivation to keep on doing what i do is to know that as long as i keep representing them, things will be better for the end user.
