I like the second much better than the first. You can sorta just follow the line down. On the first, it's distracting to see the other side on the left.

another shout out for the second.
makes a nice abstract.  did you do any photoshop magic to your pic? looks like you may have amped up the saturation & something else i can't quite put my finger on...
