I'm a breast man myself.
Just made chicken breasts simmered in tomato sauce and served over pasta with parmesan. It was quite tasty. When preparing thighs, I usually do them breaded with whatever spices grab my eye/nose.

A generous dashing of Chaat masala - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
and a moderate sprinkling of thyme. A hot oven for 40 minutes..370 Then turn it down to 300 or even 275 for .......... as long as it takes for the meat to fall off the bones. That cajun spice is very tempting, sir Canuck..I will venture forth. Last edited by ring; 10-20-2009 at 07:25 PM.. |
