Congrats and good luck with it. Little pic looks clean and in good shape. That model has a nice, clean, simple body style and with that hardware you list it should be a blast to drive.
Does it run on unleaded regular or just high test? |

Its a blast to drive, also found out after getting it to the shop that she's got possi-track rear end, I left some rubber down! P.S. The rear wheels are 295's (really wide) Quote:
Note: Didn't get any pics taken yet, she is still at the shop waiting for a safety! |

I guess wednesday might be the latest to get pics of it!
EDIT: Well bad news today the starter s fired (I hope), but it might be the flywheel and please let it not be that, I don;t feel like dropping the exhaust and trans. And I gotta drop th exhuast because its a "H" pipe Thats one thing that piss's me off is having to roll around on the ground under a new car before I even get to really brake it in. Nice ride, looks like a good keeper, make sure you properly shim the starter, chevy's can be really finicky when it comes to starters.

Update
Sorry still not pics because this whole time it has been locked up in a shop!.
But finally got it up on the hoist to get a look at the underneath of it! it needs some work: - U-joints - Starter(headers cooked it) - Rear brake calaipers(sp) - Rear brake shoes - Fuel pump (leaking) - Rear shocks are starting to get bad but not leaking.....yet! So ya it needs some work but when she is done look out |

Rear calipers on a 1981 Malibu? Did someone do a conversion on the back end for that?
That's a sharp car, though. Have fun with it...don't get too many tickets with it!

Then I'd bet you don't need rear calipers, do ya? Probably the rear wheel cylinders are out of it, 'eh? Those can either be a pain, or really easy. I've had 'em go both ways. Hopefully, yours are easy.
