Are you prepared to die in the dark?
where the clouds have no substance except to cover the truth?
Are you willing to be labeled the damned and prepared for a death that has come to you in a blinded state?
Taunting at your will and own understanding of what is truly happening?
Can you stand the scents of rotting decaying morality sifting the grains of nourishment from the speeches of two men when politics only hold on society is a blemished shield that grows teeth and fangs of cancerous contusions
boiling and simmering into the deep solitude of the people’s joint mind?
Can we bare to pay the toll of the reapers burden when we were under the assumptions that we were safe, that we are protected?
That two men in Blue blazers have enough feathers in their wings to cover and shield the morality of the American people.
When will it be time for us to start paying bills to cover the feast of two men’s pride served in a 90 minute meal?
Who won the great debate the oracle of words transfused to the peoples hopes desires fears and ignorance?
Will the winner be the one who is continually fed walking away from the podium all fat and well bred from the pride of knowing that they used the fork and spoon in a more dignified more appealing manner?
No I will let these clouds pass and let death fall upon another’s ears,
I will bring substance to my vote and to the lingering dilution of my ignorance.
I will read and I will take time to ponder everything I see.
We should all find ways to decipher what we cannot understand.
Let the tidings of war not fornicate your vision for another 4 years,
Instead embellish the power that you and each one of us have been given, the true freedom to vote the true freedom to knock these 2 men’s pride off the stage and to go home thinking.

I'm sure theres a lot of people out there who share the same sentiments as this here poem.
