weightless exercises
I had a bike crash on Saturday and don't think I should be doing any weights for a couple of weeks. I hurt my left hand so I can only grip things gently without pain at the moment.
so i guess I'm stuck with T'ai Chi / Yoga / Pilates type stuff? i don't want to swim until the grazes and cuts heal up a bit more any suggestions / info please? cheers ![]()

You could try some Plyometric exercises. It involves lots of jumping over boxes and the like to increase your jumping power and running acceleration. The upper body stuff involves throwing and catching medicine balls, so I'd keep away from that for now.

Plyometrics are great, I try to do them once or twice a week. They were a little intense at first, but really helped me in playing hockey.
