Sleeping little

My time management and procrastination is horrible, so i make up for it by going on little sleep. Things that help are getting some food in me, and just plain ol' accomodation. The more I do it the easier it becomes. I try to stay away from coffee, because I don't like being addicted to it and having a tolerance. Still, occasionally it really screws up my day. I wish I could fix the underlying problems, but until then, what are your tips for going on little sleep?

Mine would be lots of coffee, but then again I try not to make getting little sleep a routine occurance. The one thing I try not to compromise on is my sleep Anything but the sleep. I really should work on being able to function with little sleep because I am also a procrastinator and school tends to be behind sleep, and boyfriend, and friends.... etc.

EPHEDRA. It was banned last month, but the convenience stores around here are still selling off their stock.

The cool thing about it is it makes you VERY VERY energetic and focused, without being overly jittery or hyper. Plus if you take it without having much sleep, once it wears off (4-6 hours or so) you'll have no problems whatsoever with calling it a night and jumping in bed.

IMO do some small time management techniques to stop procrastinating and wasting time.

I used to spend a good 20 mins in the moring trying to find my keys, PDA, books, etc. if I spent just a few minutes before I went to bed making sure that I had all the things for the next morning ready, including if I had to dress in a suit, what suit, tie, socks, and shoes.

a few other things like that and I'm sure you could squeeze out another hour to sleep

It gets to the point that you are so tired and inneficient that more time is wasted being awake and sleepy than going to sleep to wake up energized. At least try to get a good nights sleep every 2nd or 3rd night.
