I'm only 28, but I've noticed a change in my urinary habits over the last year or so. Obviously, I go more often when I drink a lot of water...which is actually quite irritating. But recently, I've noticed that it takes longer for me to get everything out. And even then, it requires an extra squeeze and shake to make sure the pipe's empty.
Hope it's not a sign of early incontinence or anything. That would suck.

What's your reason for asking?
Frequency of urination is almost always a function of hydration. Diabetes (among other things) can cause frequent urination. An interrupted stream or an "inability to finish" can be indication of an enlarged prostate. More important than the frequency is the color. If it's dark yellow or darker; you need to drink more water. If it's clear or light yellow; you're fine. Most people (myself included) are under-hydrated. One good way to counteract that is to drink one unit of water for every unit of coffee you drink; just to start out even. One thing you've got in your favor is your location - you've got soft water and a humid climate. Where I live, it's very hard water and an arid climate. At least you're less likely to develop kidney stones (I had one a few years ago). Wouldn't wish that on anyone.

50YO here.
If I drink too much fluid too close together, especially if caffiene is involved, I get a much stronger need to urinate more often. When I wa syounger this wasn't so much of an issue. If the fluids are spaced out normally, not a problem. I have noticed that the urge when I first wake up has been getting stronger over the past couple of years. Waking-up to go in the middle only happens occasionally. I've noticed that pants or shorts with a tight waist definately cause more frequent urination. Never had that problem until a few years ago.

I get annoyed by feeling like I need to go when I'm trying to sleep but other than that I follow the maxim that a man should never pass up an opportunity to go to the bathroom, and I drink a fair bit of water/tea throughout the day... so I probably pee more often but also probably smaller amounts.
