MAN MILK
ok, i'm a nineteen year old male with large, natural pectorial muscles. lately, i've notice that they've been producing a couple of drops of milk each. WTF is going on? i've been drinking soy milk and i'm starting to get worried that the photoestrogens are turning me in to a woman! shit. yo.

Ok, sorry, that was probably not an appropriate response! You're drinking soy milk for protein, right? Try consuming soya in other forms, say as soya chunks. One can only suggest that you consult a doc! Milkman is here OMIGOD!!11

I only produce the *other* man milk, so have no experience with this.
However, I doubt you'd get it from exercising or weight lifting. Milk production in females is encouraged by female hormones, not male ones. Go to a doctor, see what they say. ...or build a website catering to man-milk-fetishists. You could potentially make a fortune. |

just to let you know, if you consume large quanities of soy, this is a strong possiblity. I have read that soy can do this in men!

Could this problem be related to the soy intake? I've heard others mentioning that they use Whey protien because there are some who suggest that soy increases estrogen levels. CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG. Estrogen level increase seems like a likely cause of breast milk production. I've personally never heard of a man lactating. Your only 19 and your horomones are probably still regulating and sensitive to change. Just a thought. See a doctor.

hmmmm, I eat a lot of soy but this hasn't happened to me. is it more related to certain soy products? i hate soymilk and won't touch the stuff but I'll eat 3/4 pound of tofu as part of a meal a few times a week as well as other things.... should i get some empty bottles together and start contacting day care centers?

Soy milk has high levels of natural estrogens, could that have something to do with it?
