I'm in search of new inspiration regarding my workouts...
I'm in search of new inspiration regarding my workouts and such. I avoid most forms of media as alot of women are too skinny or "twiggy" with little or no lean muscle mass. Being the endomorph with a sprinkle of mesomorph that I am, I don't think I could actually become either one of those as I'm simply not built that way. Even with a best effort, I'd end up being skinny fat and who wants that? Certainly not I.
I'm not comparing myself to this person as I'm not blonde, or tall. What I'm asking for is opinions on how she looks. Is she too skinny? Fit? Too lean? ect... Female and male opinions would be appreciated. Second pic isn't too lean to my taste, but then my taste has been advanced from being into bodybuilding and fitness for so long. Do remember that she's very much on-season in that pic and will likely only be that lean for a few weeks in a year. Browsing the site, she's less lean in most of the other pics.
You'll usually find that men into bodybuilding will be far more attracted to leaner women than men who aren't. But I think most men will still go for the same women in their off-season (providing they don't go overboard with the pies :P).

mango, it really depends on what you want to project. i tend to prefer less muscle, more supple / more flexible fitness myself. but that's just me. if you're into the body building look, i think she's a pretty lady.
also, compare that with this http://www.minnalessig.com/ViewPhoto.asp?PhotoID=0053 very different perspectives, same chick.

I wouldn't really worry about deciding between her two looks, as the actual difference between them in practical terms is a few weeks of dieting, and as I say, the leaner of the two will be when she's either competing in fitness/figure competitions, or posing for photoshoots. If you were to see her on any given day in the street, the likelihood is she'd look like the less lean pictures.
What I'm trying to say is that you don't need to choose between the two body types, as they kind of come as two parts of the same package. If you want to get into that kind of shape, you'll only really need to go for the super lean look if you want to compete or model, the rest of the time, you'd probably be better off (in terms of health and eating comfortably) holding a look like her less lean photos, which let's face it, is still great shape.

I think Jamie Eason pretty much has the standard form you are describing. Perhaps she is the inspiration you're looking for. She's quite the sensation these days, and for good reason.

Too muscly. Not soft enough.
That is not to say I prefer fat women, but you can stay fit and soft at the same time without being fat.

I'm not a fan of the second picture. I like the body of this picture .: Minna Lessig - Official Web Site :., but a different shape and size are also attractive. Why not just work out for the health benefits, and after awhile, you will feel so damn good about your self and your body, you will be naturally sexy, cause really, it comes from the inside, not the outside.

I always feel more successful in this regard when I focus on what I want to be able to do, not how I'm able to appear.

I think you just need to be realistic about yourself. The second photo isn't sexy to me and I think would be very difficult for the average person so maintain. Someone provided a later link that looks awesome but again, be realistic.
I like the Sheryl Crow song lyrics: It's not having what you want, it's wanting what you have.

I agree with skizziks. Get healthy and smile a lot. You can't go wrong with the healthy glow. Really it takes all kinds. I've been attracted to really skinny girls, though rarely, and some pretty big girls too. I usually like em plush-ish, but it's really individual what's going to be attractive.
I do find strong women to be attractive though. Good muscle tone AND they can move the couch themselves, ha
