My motivation
Ok, since I'm having such an issue staying motivated more on my days off then on my days I work. However, I decided I am going to make this thread and post my results from training everyday, I figure if I have to post something on here then, it will hold me accountable which equals motivation.
The test that I have coming up is nothing too crazy, and I should be able to pass it no problem, however I dont want any issues, and after I pass the test then its time to really start working towards some further goals. Ie... 3 9 min miles 50 pushups 50 situps no break by may. So look for a post every day, and I'm hoping occasional feedback..

As vain as this sounds, visual improvements helped me SO much. For a while, I kept doing it just because I wanted to look good.
I forgot who it was, but one of the members created a thread where he posted pics of himself every once in a while after a workout. While you don't have to do that, be sure to compliment yourself once in a while

Thats not a bad Idea, usually the only way I post pics of myself without a shirt is if there is a woman willing to do the same lol. Anyway, I may contemplate that, possibly keep it private for a while, but then go from there. Thanks for the suggestion

Find a training buddy. You go work out at the same time, and hold each other "accountable". When you don't feel like going, your friend will and you will end up going. The buddy system works great.

Ok workout today, 25 pushups and 30 situps. No stopping, did not run as I was short on time on my break. Will run tonight, probably 1 mile or 1/2 mile. Kind of depends on the need for sleep on my breaks. Graveyard sucks
Workout Numero dos - Just a real quick one on my lunch break, didnt want to waste all my time. 20 pushups - 30 crunches, will be running on my next one plus more pushups and situps 1 mile run 9:59:00 almost 1 minute under my time, and I havent run in 4 days. So thats an encouraging sign
