Ok workout today, 25 pushups and 30 situps. No stopping, did not run as I was short on time on my break. Will run tonight, probably 1 mile or 1/2 mile. Kind of depends on the need for sleep on my breaks. Graveyard sucks
Workout Numero dos - Just a real quick one on my lunch break, didnt want to waste all my time. 20 pushups - 30 crunches, will be running on my next one plus more pushups and situps
1 mile run 9:59:00 almost 1 minute under my time, and I havent run in 4 days. So thats an encouraging sign
