Trying to replace a track light
I am looking for a specific model that I got from Home Depot that they don't carry anymore, I have looked at a bunch of site on the web (including ebay) and can seem to find it anywhere. It is a mrc16 type lamp but I am not sure of the brand. Anyone know of a good place to look?

By "replace a track light" do you mean the actual lamp-the light emitting portion, or are you referring to the lamp head-the fixture which mounts into the ceiling secured track?
Googling (manufacturer x+MRC16) only returned valid hits for Halo and Progress. Depot carried Halo recessed can lighting at one time, so they may have also sold Halo track. Go visit an electrical supply house that has a lighting showroom. Take one of the heads, and they should be able to fix you up with either a lamp or a head, if the heads are still in production.

I had a similar hard-to-find bulb from a track lighting fixture i purchased at Costco. It was a MR16 bulb, the base was 2 pins and looked like alot of the 12v models that use the same style pin base, but this one was 120 volts, 50watts. I ended up finding bulbs for this track from Buy Lighting.com I considered their pricing reasonable and they arrived in about 4 days. Only used them once, but it was a pleasent experiance, and they actually had the bulbs which is more than i can say for any retailer around this area, including some electric shops selling many many fixtures.
