By "replace a track light" do you mean the actual lamp-the light emitting portion, or are you referring to the lamp head-the fixture which mounts into the ceiling secured track?
Googling (manufacturer x+MRC16) only returned valid hits for Halo and Progress. Depot carried Halo recessed can lighting at one time, so they may have also sold Halo track.
Go visit an electrical supply house that has a lighting showroom. Take one of the heads, and they should be able to fix you up with either a lamp or a head, if the heads are still in production.
