Harpers is known for putting weird stuff in their issue. But what gives with the Dick Cheney - Enormous Penis thing? Does he truly have one? Or is this in reference to something?

Locobot, I was hoping that the fact that the child is pretty much covered it would be okay. I don't have any sort of Photoshop thingy, but if somebody does, then feel free to delete the little ankle biter.

I think Locobot was referring to "get that child out of there before she looks back and sees the monster!". I hope that isn't why he was so excited. Maybe it was really good coffee?

And yes silent_jay, that was the one. I seem to recall that it had to be airbrushed, but there might have been some originals floating around.

Looks to me that he is getting a boner for the guy in the white hat. Wouldn't surprise me. Many successful men with wives and kids are fudge packers. Usually very anti-gay to cover up their gayness.

Could the Harper's quote have something to do with the South Park episode where the Japanese try to take control of children to "fight the evil power"? The Japanese men in the episode always get out of arguements by complementing men on their "enormous American penis"
