A guy walks into a bar dressed as a pirate: eyepatch, parrot, the whole nine yards, but he also has the steering wheel of a ship attached to his crotch.

Eventually some one says "Hey man, I get the eyepatch and the parrot, but what's with the wheel?"

"Arrr. . . I don't know, but it's drivin' me nuts."
