I have to admit, I don't get the joke here.
Kind of an amusing flyer, but bassoons are crazy expensive so I feel bad for the guy :/

The humour is mostly related to how the reddit community dissects every single instance of a [PIC] up for grabs, though the initial sentiment I guess the oddly-specific poster above is meant to portray is a 'sympathy for the devil' (dick) type-of-feeling.
