Ketchup is foul, for the most part. I'll put it on cheap hamburgers or bratwurst, but other than that, no thank you.
I use mustard or other sauces on most things people put ketchup on.

Mal... Mal... Mal...
Grilled cheese and ketchup... cheese and ketchup... mac & cheese and ketchup. Still with me? I wouldn't put HP Sauce (I'm pretty sure the post was making reference to HP and Ketchup in this case) on pizza... no a good idea. But pineapple on pizza is the BEST! Yummy warm sweetness in my mouth!!!

Pineapple is a fruit -- fruit does not belong on real food - it's like dessert or a snack - it's not part of a meal.
Mustard, dijon, goes on grilled cheese... Ketchup belongs no where near cheese.... y'all are weird is all i can say -- Cute... but weird...

I hardly like ketchup even on my french fries.
every now and again we'd have what my kindergarten teacher called a catch-up day. I was always disappointed that there wasn't some sort of french fries and optional ketchup for lunch.

Horticulturally, it's a vegetable. So, like me, you're a horticulturalist. Fruit does not belong on pizza! That's my big pizza rule. No fish, no fruit.

I put ketchup on lots of things. French fries, grilled cheese sammiches, cold chicken, once in a while KD, hamburgers, hotdogs...
And Mal, I love you but you're wrong. Fruit belongs in lots of real food! *Salads are rarely complete without fruit, (Grapes, raspberries, cranberries, apples, oranges, lemon, mango, pineapple.. the list goes on!) *Chicken is awesome with lemon, as is fish apparently (I do not like fish, but apparently lemon makes them good) *pineapple rings are awesome on burgers *pineapple is also good baked with ham *mango salsa *fruit bries The list goes on forever! Don't underestimate the power of fruit! Oh, and I like my pizza best with a double dose of pineapple! |

Ketchup on mac & cheese? Bwah!
On bad burgers, sure. Hotdogs too. What wouldn't improve pig lips? But mac & cheese or grilled cheese? Sacrilege! Mayo would be a closer fit, and I'm still scrubbing that thought off my tongue. I'll try it.
