As much as I'd love to bash that series into the ground, I can't - I've not seen it undubbed.
I was referring more to the style, but still... the temptation's there. I saw what happened to One Piece when it was dubbed for TV. I'd just watched a 20-episode marathon with my uni anime club and then the next day this was on Sky... it was horrible . Going backwards from that point, I wonder how good Pokéon was before they "repackaged" it? |
Now and Then, Here and There
Scrapped Princess And the afor mentioned Azumanga Daioh. Can rewatch that one over and over. |
Berserk - Brilliant characters. Awsome action and story. The ending might be a bit over the top, but only because there's yet to be a second season. The story makes perfect sense in the manga.
Now and then, here and there - Wow. What can I say? An animé that deals with war and child soldiers in a way that actually feels real, as opposed to Saikano and Evangelion (even though Evangelion was decent all the same). Love the main character, Shu. Hellsing/Boogiepop phantom - Couldn't decide... |
I feel so cheated. All I've ever seen is DBZ and a coupla episodes of Naruto. I been told that I watched Robotech as a kid but sadly I can't seem to remember any of it. :(
