R&A caused themselves to lose it when they couldn't find the cigar shop. They were ahead of U&J on the way there but couldn't find it. That little mistake cost them the game.
However, I agree that R&A would have easily won if the pilot hadn't U&J reopened the plane for U&J. Despite that, they still got out of the airport quickly and were in the lead until the last clue. They could have won it but they got bad directions. As long as R&K didn't win I was going to be happy. R&A were my first choice because I loved the way they handled Survivor and TAR. However, U&J were much more deserving. They were such great people. They gave help whenever someone needed it and they were never petty (at least the editors made them look that way). |

No way that would have happened in most airports. I've been to that airport in San Juan, it's a junk hole (although it seems OK when you just flew in on your honeymoon ) I'd be so mad that I made it that far, and end up losing due to some punk giving me garbage directions.
Well, I think R&A should have won, but U&J were worth of winning as well, congrats to them. I'd guess that we won't see another TAR until next fall now. I think the reason they did it this way was because it was working for survivor (fall season, spring season). Now, on to Big Brother!!! |
