I liked this episode! The look on Ami's face when Jeff announced the outcome was priceless. If Chris can keep the alliance going with Eliza, Twila and the older woman (can't remember her name) they'd have the majority, and control of the game.

I loved the reactions of Sarge and Chad to the outcome. Chris has a good chance of hanging in there now. Immunity is so important for him and accessible as well. This episode has changed the whole game. I was so glad Twyla finally came around and did what she wanted to do.

THis was indeed a great episode. Sarge looked like he was laughing his ass off!
I was a bit sad to see Leeann go cause she is my favourite, but I'm glad to see the game turned on end and the super-powers of Amy and company go down. I can handle Twila or Eliza winning the game, I don't want Scout of Chris winning though.

I might be in the minority here, but I really didn't want LeAnn to go. With that said the look on Ami's face was priceless. Next week should be VERY interesting.

Leann was my last pick in my Survivor pool, but I hardly even cared that I lost her because I was so happy that Chris' plan worked. Actually it wasn't Chris' was it? It was Twilas. Anyway, seeing Ami's face was priceless. And the other girl, the hot one, not Eliza, Ami's right hand chick, she was so shocked as she saw all the votes....
See, for all the earlier comments about how Survivor is boring, same-old, etc., I say last night's episode is what makes the show so good. I'm looking forward to an all out revolution on Vanuatu in the coming weeks...

I really enjoyed seeing Leann go. I've been anxious for a power shift to come along and last weeks episode finally came through. I'm not expecting Chris to win it all, but i sure would like to see him finish in the top two. With that said, i can't stand Scout and i hope she goes soon.

I loved the episode last week. Did anyone notice the irony of Lee Ann not caring about the immunity challenge? It seems that whenever a member of a group gets so cocky that they give up at an immunity challenge they are voted out that same week.
The Ami/Eliza looks were priceless. I hope the four of them can remain strong for at least one more week so that they can boot Ami. |

After Ami is gone, it'd be swell if Julie finds a way to stay on the show. She's been my favorite contestant in at least four seasons. Gotta admit her odds are looking grim, though.

I think Chris and Eliza would make a good final two pairing. Chris has the respect of the guys but the girls have always wanted him out. Eliza was always the one the girls wanted out of their alliance but would get a few votes just because she's a girl. They'd be smart to stick together.

The whole crying bit at Tribal council was ridiculous!! I couldn't believe it. Ami did do her very best to manipulate Eliza. I have to give her props for that. And then going after T for saying she swore on her son... T's answer was priceless "It's a goddamn game, get over it!!!" which is exactly what everyone else at home is saying!
But I guess T and Eliza get into it next episode... I hope that they just get rid of Ami's last sidekick, Julie. She's hot, but she needs to go, then Scout, then Eliza, then T and Chris wins it all!!! I'm afraid of someone like Julie making it to the final two because it's her kind of play, the stay-below-the-radar kind of play that has won the council over before. Amber played that exact game and won. And the girl before her, the one who's mom died during all stars so she left, she just stayed low and that's how she won. I guess a few well timed immunities help too, but when it gets down to the councils vote, they seem to be giving merit to those people who just shut up and don't say or do anything...

Eliza may have hit a new low in stupidity last night when she praised Ami for sticking by her through thick and thin, apparently FORGETTING the last TC when Ami wrote her name down.
I would like to see Scout, Twila, and Chris replace Eliza with Julie in their new Final Four. Eliza definitely needs a sandwich. And once again, as Scout stumbled through the reward challenge, her face was blurred out quite a bit. Getting weird. Hopefully, they let Eliza, Chris, and Ami dry off before climbing into that car. And based on the way they described Chris' stink, Eliza may have a Seinfeld episode on her hands if she's forced to keep that exact same car after the show.

Eliza is such a dummy for thinking Ami was behind her. I never actually thought she would vote on Ami's side though because a 3-3 tie is a dangerous situation.
Now that they are down to 5, Chris, Scout, and Twaila don't even need Eliza. I'm thinking ahead to the final 2 and I think the most entertaining pairing would be Scout and Twaila. I really don't think Scout deserves to be there (of course) but since all the women hate both of them it would make a colorfull final vote. It all depends on who they are facing but I think the Chris and Julie would be the toughest opponents to face in the final two. Chris has the two guys and could definitely get a few girl votes against Scout, T, and probably Eliza. Julie flew under the radar the whole season. I think she could smoke anyone but Chris. She might even be able to beat him. Scout and T are total non-threats in the final vote. Scout because she sucks ass and T pissed off people big time. T would be very deserving to win though. She played a tough cutthroat game. |

Nooooooooooooo...poor beloved, Julie Of course her departure wasn't unexpected but disappointing nonetheless. I didn't expect Chris to vote against Twila but I am suprised that he lied to Julie and Eliza's faces about his vote. Chris could use Eliza's alliegance against the Scout-Twila bloc. She will likely still vote with him but his behavior put that in jeopardy.
Nevertheless I still believe that Chris is the most likely of the four to win the whole shebang. He is arguably the least hated of the remaining four and most likely to win a physical imunnity, especially the final "hold this awkward position for 12 hours and cut off circulation to half of my body" immunity challenge. Scout now does not even attempt physical challenges so you can write her off unless she has the support of whoever DOES win immunity. Chris is my pick to win because he will get the vote of all of the men in the jury and one or two of the young women.

I didn't see the show, but I did tape it so I will have to see how it all goes. I am glad that Julie lost, however. She did nothing the whole show. I'm glad that the coat-tail riders don't get to win this time.
That all being said, Julie was hot. I'd love to spill a few quarts on her. And Eliza too. I don't care how skinny she is. They both have nice bodies. And lets face it. Nice bodies are what makes Survivor so good.

I can't belive that Chris made it this far. He should have been the first guy booted on Episode One when he couldn't clear the balance beam. Lucky for him all the guys were total morons and kept him around.
I kinda like him now, just because of his "aww shucks" attitude and he is almost a solid lock to win this time out. Unless Eliza wins the next immunity challenge she is out, and I doubt she will. So that makes the final 3; Chris, handicapped old lady, and bitter RedNeck Woman. We know that Scout will not win a challenge, ever and if Twila wins the last immunity challenge she'll take Chris with her to the final two thinking that the girls in the jury will support her (jury will be 5 women and 2 men). Too bad for Twila that her "swear on my son" fiasco cost her the votes of all the women who witnessed it. Chris wins, game over. Survivor has jumped the shark.

I thought Chris's quote when he was writing down the name. "I gotta play the game." So many times they said "friendship" in the last half our of that show. I truly thought he might stick with Julie. But in the end he was smart.
I like this season, people actually making some moves to win the million, not just to keep a relationship. |

That was one of the most entertaining final tribal coucils ever! Eliza pulled no punches and for a second I believed that Sarge was actually going to vote for Chris. I also find it frickin hilarious that he told his fianceé that he got voted out after she came to visit him. Talk about a reason to get the cold shoulder. Oh yeah, the obvious happened:
1) Chris won the whoe shebang. and 2) Julie looked amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing!! Not one of the better seasons but it sure did get intersting after Leann got voted out.

I can't help but feel that that was an overall disappointing season of Survivor, now that it's all said and done. Chris won, deservingly so. The whole "Twila swore on her son" thing was so contrived and so stupid, it really made the show look more set up and fake than usual. Last nights episode was a mundane exercise. Nothing really interesting happened. The final four challenge was okay, the final three challenge was ridiculously boring, I was sick of Twila and Chris hugging each other, and the final tribal council was an exact repeat of every tribal council I've ever seen. Example:
"You flat out lied!" "Why should I vote for you?" "I'm sorry I lied to you" "I just played the game" "If I saw you on the street I wouldn't talk to you." Cut to the post-game show and... "Even though I'm still angry at him/her for lying, they got my vote cause they played the best game". "Survivor taught me about myself". And the guaranteed "next-season-will-have-that-never-before-seen-twist" ending. lol. Oh well, I'll be there. And yes, Julie did look really hot.

Some observations for all you trying out for the next survivor. First off, if you are a big strong guy, DON'T hook up with all the other big strong guys. The wimpy guys hate that. Second, if you don't know how to swim, don't sign up. Third, be thinking all the time. In episode 7, John K was voted out. Who cares you say? The group had more guys than girls, an easy choice would have been Julie or Twila. If they would have voted one of them out, it would have been 5 guys, 5 girls in to the merge instead of 6 vs. 3 that ended up kicking off 2 more of the men.
Oh, who am I kidding, Julie getting naked to tan! That might be worth more than the million. |

Just like every Survivor so far, I watched every episode, and I hated the outcome. I'm really getting annoyed at these self-righteous, Jerry Springer-type final tribal councils. I can only assume these people were placed on the show because of their obvious idiocy, and their refusal to accept the fact that IT IS A GAME!!!! It's not group therapy, for crying out loud.
I would have voted for Twila if I'd been on the jury.

Leann was hotter than Julie.
Chris played well towards the end, he lied when he had to without making a ton of enemies. I was laffing my ass off when Twila started yelling at Eliza after she asked for an appology. Leann is hoter than Julie.

I'm vehemently anti plastic, so Eliza and Ami were immidiately out in my book. And although Leann looked pretty good all cleaned up on the finale, my vote still goes for Julie. She's got that sexy native-american thing going on.
