Shawshank ALL THE WAY! That movie is such a good story and is so well done... it's hypnotizing. Every time I surf the TV and come upon that, I'm glued until it's over. Man it gets me every time!
Ghostbusters, Indiana Jones usually never fail me either. I'm pretty sure the LOTR set will get in there as well. |

HEAT - Cops and Robbers, done properly. Blade Runner anything Kurosawa Blue - part of the three colors trilogy with Juliette Binoche. That movie haunts me. Fight Club - I would fight Ghandi. Pulp Fiction - even the sound track evolves! Seven Ghost In The Shell and of course: JM productions "Major Fu&&ing Whore" starring Eden. Oscar material !!!!!!!! |

Great lists. I am agreeing to almost all of them. Seems to me looking at them that I need to see Rounders. I like playing poker so why I haven't seen this is a bit of a mystery.
Anyway, one unique one to add: Quick Change (Bill Murray, Gena Davis, Randy Quaid) Funniest movie you've never seen.

Yesterday I saw every single showing (4) of "The Chocolate War" I don't know what it is but that movie is haunting at times and the soundtrack is awesome with Yaz, Peter Gabriel, and Kate Bush.
