I think all of mine have been posted already. But here are some:

Wonder Years(they finished it after it wasn't picked up for another year.)
My So Called Life
Aqua Teen Hunger Force
Family Guy
Married with Children
The Tick
Ren & Stimpy (although the few that were shown on Spike TV, just didn't make sense for it being the first network for men. Too many I'm the pitcher you're the catcher overtones.)

Fuckin Fox never gave Married With Children the proper ending, yes it was time for the show to go but they needed a proper ending.

Wings was hilarious and deserved another year or 2 or at least a cheesy reunion show.

Third Rock From the Sun was ingenious and original and had one of the best casts ever.

And Finally quite possibly my favorite '80's show NIGHT COURT...... this is definately a show that noone respected but was hilarious as Hell and had an awesome cast. It had a great run even if the idiots at NBC and the viewers didn't realize it.

Hell Thursday nights in the 80's on NBC were fan-fucking-tastic, (Cosby, Family Ties, Cheers, Night Court/Wings, Hill Street Blues/LA Law), we may never see a blockbuster night like that again on TV.

Just for the record, Aqua Teen Hunger Force isn't cancelled to the best of my knowledge. I'm thinking the "Tune in for the last episode of ATHF this Sunday. Then do it again every Sunday." and "ATHF is so TOTALY canceled" ad campaigns sparked this...

My votes definately go to Farscape and Firefly. They both deserved to respectively finish up and tell the whole story more than any show I can think of, and both were screwed over by their networks in dirty and underhanded ways.

Gotta go with Freaks and Geeks - -been watching the DVDs this weekend, what an awesome soundtrack

And Sports Night, though the laugh track from season one drives me nuts- I don't remember that from the series but there it is plain as day on the DVDs

I'm really sad to see that someone enjoyed fastlane. Oh well, to each they're own. Family Guy is returning with new episodes, and if Futurama sees similar DVD sales, it has a chance as well. I thought Babylon 5 kinda ruined itself during season 5. I miss Zathros! I also miss: Airwolf, Automan (sidekick was Curser, got the points), The Adventures of Briscow County Jr. (the cowboy Bruce Cambell series), Beyond 2000 (the original series, not the new one), Deep Space Nine, Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman (just kidding), Green Hornet, The Mantis, Mork and Mindy, NOW AND AGAIN (probably my favorite), the Pretender, and Wild On! with Brooke Burke.
Oh, before I forget, thank you Confederate for the hytpnotoad. Now I can't stop reading your post.

Unlike anything else on TV. I couldn't believe they cancelled it without finishing the story. Can't wait for the mini-series next month, hopefully it will provide some closure.

Family Guy, even though it is making a return, and Rocko's Modern Life. Even though it was on a kid's network, it had brilliantly concieved comical value for adults.

There are a few mentioned already such as Family Guy and Futurama. I second those, and can't wait for early next year for the new Family Guy eps.

VR5 is another show that cancelled after only one season - I don't know how many people watched it but I really really dug that show.

I'm not going to count anime because typically they have a predetermined life, episode wise, but I'd love to see new eps of Cowboy Bebop and/or Trigun. Of course, with Bebop they'd have to be predating the final episode, but still... That show rocks.

I dunno. Spike has come back from some pretty serious injuries. We've seen him 'die' pretty often actually.
-Balad of Fallen Angels: shot and thrown out the window
-Toys in the Attic: bitten by strange creature
-Pupiter Jazz part 1: Shot
-Peroot Le Fou: blown up by a missile or some other sort of explosive device
-The Real Folk Blues part 2: beaten, stabbed with thrown knife, cut in the leg with a katanaa, and what looks like a severe katana strike to the cheest or stomach
-Knockin on Heavens Door (Cowbebop Movie): compound broken sternum, shot through the chest, thrown from a tram or monorail from pretty high up, beaten badly, and exposed to a nanotech virus

This dude won't die!
They could bring him back no problem and explore some of Spike's past.

The New Fantisy Island. WONDERFULY done. Same situation ad Cupid.
The Flash
Gargoyles
James Burke's Connections. If you haven't seen it, you missed one of the best history/science shows ever made.
Zim. No more need be said.
The Godzilla cartoon. The onld one from the early 80's. Used to get up every saterday morning to watch that.
Transformers. Prime was the MAN.
Feakazoid. Fucking funny as hell.
Animaniacs

I'm sure I think of more later, but that is all I can pull off the top of my head
