Someone sent me a clip of Chappelle doing a "real" version of GTA: Vice City. It was pretty funny, I have never seen a whole show tho. Is it on HBO?
However, hands down the funniest sketch comedy ever was (is) on "Kids in the Hall." To wit; "Sex Girl Patrol" "Axe Sharpening" "Gavin" "Bear Attack." I could go on and name very skit they ever did but sufice to say KITH rule. It helps that I saw them live in Edmonton last year too. -I'm crushing your head!-

I've never seen the Dave Chappelle show but what I've seen of the Cedric the Entertainer Show I've liked. He's my favorite thus far.

Definitly: Kids in the Hall. That was my favorite running sketch show and I sadly missed their stage show when they came to down.
Second was a short lived show called The Vacant Lot... they had some fuckin hilarious skits. Dave Chappelle.. I expected so much more. He has one or 2 gems but the rest is sub par at best.

Ah, the Vacant Lot! Excellent show. I still hum the song about the guy who slept on his arms, and now can't kill himself.
Kids in the Hall will always be king, though.

Kids in the Hall. SNL and Mad TV are tired, although both of them manage to throw one or two good sketches a week up there.
My personal favorite of all time though was The State. GOD I miss them. I was able to find a few episodes on the net, and it brought back old memories. I saw them live at my college a long time ago, they were even better in person. And Python of course, that goes without saying. -Mikey |

I've seen Kids in the Hall, SNL, Mad TV, In Living Color, and lot of other sketch comedy show.
The greatest of them all is The Upright Citizens Brigade. It ran for about 2 seasons on Comedy Central. http://www.uprightcitizens.org Pure genious. http://www.uprightcitizens.org/10/im...upercool_s.jpg http://www.uprightcitizens.org/10/images/redcat_s.jpg |

alright, i'm 36 so some of you may have never seen this, but SCTV was the god of sketch tv. Joe Flaherty, John Candy, Eugene Levy, Rick Moranic, Catherine O'Hara, Harold Ramis, Martin Short, Dave Thomas. These were the kings of Canadian comedy. My brother and I lived to watch this show.
The Irwin Allen show, Cow Malt Liquor "The one beer to have when you're having only one." Johnny LaRue. Damn I miss Candy.

I like Upright Citizens Brigade and Kids in the Hall. I have seen a couple of the Chappelle Shows and I was also a little disappointed. Oh well, they can't all be winners.
