Kids in the Hall. SNL and Mad TV are tired, although both of them manage to throw one or two good sketches a week up there.
My personal favorite of all time though was The State. GOD I miss them. I was able to find a few episodes on the net, and it brought back old memories. I saw them live at my college a long time ago, they were even better in person.
And Python of course, that goes without saying.
