ok... here's my 2 cents... for whatever it's worth...
i agree with gallopingwanker about losing the duplicate skull. overall the front side is too cluttered. needs more white space, ie more breathing room. the back side, personally i think the top text looks better left justified rather than centered. the "valid til" looks odd sitting centered, while the other 2 lines are left justified. the 3 blank lines should end at the same spot (or so i think so). overall, many of your font sizes are larger than they need to be. the focus of the card is obviously the name of your organization. it should stand out more than anything else on the card. so here's a quickie mock up of my thoughts. i'm not quite in love with my placement of the sword, but since it's not my card i'm not going to spend any more time on this to make it perfect. i chose to make a black background with white text because to me that says "night" more than black text on a white bg.

ps. your choice of fonts work well for this.
and i am not saying what you've done is awful. i'm just trying to suggest a few ways that could improve it. i hang out on a few boards with a bunch of professional designers, so over the past 3 yrs i've listened to them & hopefully i've learned a few things correctly. i still have very very much more yet to learn!!
