I have always wondered what other women do right after sex. I know I make a beline to the toilet to try and drain so that I don't have to have that wet icky feeling all night long. Some women I know just keep a box of tissues next to the bed and I guess just wipe up. What do the rest of you do?

yeah i pee and get rid of the extra goo. We don't use condoms so its kinda gross if it stays in there. Its such a pain in the ass after you're all tired after sex though.

Peeing is a must!! But since I don't always have the energy or motivation to go straight to the bathroom after sex I usually just lay on a towel for a few minutes. This way I don't get the sheets any dirtier than they are and it doesn't take long before I want to get up and clean off.

we keep towels by the bed for just that reason. sometimes, after the really good sex, and you have jello legs (i know i'm not the only one that gets jello legs) you just can't get up to go to the potty without falling on your face. lol. no matter how entertaining that may be, it's no good to be covered in goo and bruises.

First I wipe out with a dry washcloth, then it's off to the bathroom to pee and rinse off with a warm washcloth. It just makes me feel better and not so messy.

Poysun_Ivy, you aren't so weird! Sometimes it is nice to be messy for awhile. I don't always want to get up after sex. Sometimes Lebell brings me a towel (isn't he sweet!?) Sometimes I get one for him. Sometimes we just stay gooey. Eventually I always go to the bathroom though.

Once in a great while I will just lay there and let everything be. Being a mom with a toddler that frequently wants to join us in bed I just don't want that mess in the bed when she climbs in. I almost always go to the bathroom within minutes to pee. I've dealt with UTI's to often to ignore it. Also Hubby always cums a lot - so far I haven't met someone who comes as much - and so even if I just wipe I will have a gooey mess all day long (if our session was in the am) unless I go pee and get rid of what I can.

i think there's something very intimate about NOT jumping up right afterwards and making a beeline to the potty. even though a little mess is created, i love reveling in the afterglow for a while after the deed is done. a little goo never hurt anyone!

I dispise getting up after sex, which because I cannot imagine having a better suited partner, is always great!! Anyway, for health reasons to maintain a good vaginal environment to keep having awesome love sessions, I always head straight to pee(actually that is to keep my urethra free of bacteria), and then to wash with warm water and GENTLE NATURAL soap. After doing this my vagina is in such a better shape than it would be if not. I can feel the difference if I don't, usually. I have been studying natural medicine for a couple of years pretty intensely and this is an all around maintenance reccommendation by every naturopath or midwife, what have you.

I've never really thought about it. I've only had experiences with the pull out and pray method or with condoms. So I haven't had to worry about clean up.

Pee and a shower... generally we both get in. I always use a condom, so the mess is just me, but it's nice to both get in and wash each other off... BTW, I make a BIG mess when I have sex, even if I don't cum. Is that normal?

Oh this is so true! Plus if it's a marathon session, you have no choice to get up and pee. The worst is having to pee before the fun is over. Holding it just doesn't really work. Plus, if you clean up afterwards, you're more likely to be prepared for in the a.m. and morning sex is sooo good.

Definitely pee and shower! We keep towels and tissues near the bed, too. I really hate the smell and texture, it makes me gag :/ (swallowed once and only once). I'd love to try those nice scented wipes they sell in sex stores, but they're so expensive. I think baby wipes would probably work as well.

It varies. Sometimes I want to just lay there and catch my breath and wind down. And besides, I get jello legs too only I call them noodle legs. So once I know I am stable I'll move. But I ALWAYS go in and pee and clean up.

Peeing is a must... but I don't like to jump up right away. I too yet jello/noodle legs... and enjoy just laying tangled up in the sheets... breathing softly... savoring the feelings and waiting to "re-ground". After a while, I'll get up quickly to pee and then slep back into bed... I don't like to do too much to lose the connection I'm feeling with Willow.

if you don't like the mess make then wear a condom. It is my choosen form of birth control for that very reason. I hate standing up and having cum run down my leg. Plus it makes them last longer becasue it tones down the sensations for them.

Sometimes it is nice to just lay there and sometimes you just can't get up, there have been a few times that I haven't even bothered, b/c it was nice to just lay there and stay that way. It mostly depends on where, when, and what time it is.
