Once in a great while I will just lay there and let everything be. Being a mom with a toddler that frequently wants to join us in bed I just don't want that mess in the bed when she climbs in. I almost always go to the bathroom within minutes to pee. I've dealt with UTI's to often to ignore it. Also Hubby always cums a lot - so far I haven't met someone who comes as much - and so even if I just wipe I will have a gooey mess all day long (if our session was in the am) unless I go pee and get rid of what I can.
